CNC Operator / Machinist
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Description:
Setting up and Operating CNC machine to produce precision machine parts and instruments.
Calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry using micrometers and Vernier calipers.
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications and orthographic drawings as well as product dimensions and tolerances.
Maintain equipment by measuring, examining and testing completed units to prevent default or defects.
Perform simple troubleshooting of machines.
Machines maintenance after the work completion
Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Secondary/ITE-NTEC/Diploma/Degree level PE/ME/Mfg/Mechatronics or its related discipline.
Preferably up to 2 years’ experience in setting up and operating CNC Milling centre.
Able to interpret technical drawings, and having machining knowledge.
